Ipoker Stats

Hi

I've imported all my Ipoker hands and in my stats it has me winning at least five times what i've actually won.

Any idea why this is and how i can sort it so the stats are correct?

Take this hand for example

Its going into my stats as me winning $19,798.00, wheareas in fact i folded the hand. Truly bizarre.

We put out a patch for iPoker problems many months ago.

Install the latest PATCH, version 1.13.02 from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTO/download.php

Then you will need to purge and re-import all iPoker hands played since April 2008 from the original iPoker hand files to fix the data.

How exactly do i purge and re-import hands?

I tried utilities > Export Hand Histories to File > All Ipoker Hands > Start Export

But the hands stayed in my poker tracker datebase

Ok so i managed to purge all my hands using the utilities > Database Maintenance and Options. The ipoker hands are no longer in my tracker.

Before i did this i exportecd them to a file and i can see the hands in this file.

Now when i try and import them form this file it says "No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import."

What do i need to do now?

You won't be able to use the exported files anyway, that's why I said you need to re-import the hands from the original iPoker hand files. These are the .xml files that iPoker creates. Back in April they changed the format of these .xml files so when the Poker Tracker programs created the text files of the hands (the same ones that you exported) the numbers were wrong. Re-importing the text files will still give you incorrect stats. Hopefully you still have the .xml files in a processed folder. Move them back to the iPoker hand history folder and force the import again.
