After installing patch....

Postby chadsdavis » Tue Sep 02, 2008 5:14 pm

And if you have already "purged" all errors, how is the best way to import all the hands that were not imported due to the error?

Thanks

Move the hands back to the PokerStars HandHistory folder then open the auto-import window and click Force Import.

How do you move the hands back if you have already purged all the errors?
I don't know where I am looking to find the hands in the first place.

Thanks

Purging the errors means you purged the error messages not the actual hand history files. If you don't have to PokerStars auto-import window set up to move the files to a processed folder then you can just open the auto-import window and click Force Import. In fact since the hands had errors they should still be there anyway and you can just re-import them using the Force Import button.

I have the auto-import window set up to move processed files to a folder. The hands I played before installing the patch are not being imported when I use the force import button. Do I have to put them back in the PS hand Hx file and if so how do I do that.

Open a Windows Explorer window and navigate to the folder where you have PTO set to move the hands. Then drag the files that were played today back into the PokerStars handHistory folder. Then force the import again.

I have found the processed files but not the handhistory file/folder. How do I find it? I used the same method that I used to find the processed files. I chose "PokerStars handhistory" for the search and variations of it. If I do find it, is it as easy dragging it as you say?

I found the folder and dragged the files. When I import them the files are imported but no hands are found.
