Error Downloading exchange rate information

It is downloading the exchange rate information over and over again.
I played on GG from the Netherlands.
It is the first time this happened
Attached picture of what happened for a file of 1 hand long
When I use a bigger file it downloads the exchange rate information over and over again which takes a long time.

This issue is currently under investigation and I'll reply again when there is an update.

There was a temporary issue with the registration server which could have also affected the downloading of exchange rates so please try again.

This is working for me. If you are still having a problem then turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then create a support bundle via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4. When that file has been saved attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket.
