PokerTracker

Hello, around 3 weeks ago all of my hand histories disappeared from PT4.
Now, the same thing happened, yesterday my pc shut down and now when reopening tracker I have 0 hands in every site again.

Anyone knows what it can be, how to solve this?

Tutorial: Reporting A Problem

In the ticket please include screenshots of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and your 'Database -> Database Management' window. If anything else happened when your PC shutdown such as a powercut then provide that information in the ticket also.
