Unable to update cache plus database corruption after update

i updated the pokertracker 4 software (thanks god i made a back up of the database) and now nothing is working plus the database seems corrupted, how do i use my back up or fix this problem?
i need de view stats info for further analysis and study. (when i enter here nothings displays only errors)
i already tried reindex and rebuild cache, it does not work

Every time I launch PokerTracker 4, it tells me I need to update my database; it starts the process, but this message always appears. I believe this is the main error.

i dont remember using anything but pokertracker and jurojin, what could that "third-party stat pack" be? i will follow the steps and post an update here.

'pph' in the database update error message = ProPokerHUDs. The third-party ProPokerHUDS 'vs Hero' custom statistic/HUD package modifies the PokerTracker 4 database.
